Availability of Rooms

What are the available rooms?

Availability of rooms depends on the period of your stay. Send us your specific requirements on arrival and departure dates as well as your preferred room type.

Guests

If I'm paying for my own room, am I allowed to bring my guests?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your guests only until 10PM or if you opt to have them stay for the night you are only allowed one additional guest(if you are on a single occupancy) and you need to have him/her registered at the Front Desk.

How many guests may be allowed in the room?

2 adults are allowed to be in the room. The guests should be registered through the Front Desk for safety and security reasons.

Can kids join their parents without charge?

2 Kids below 12 years old may join their parents free of charge unless if an extra bed is required.

Is there an extra person rate?

A third adult may be allowed to be in the room with an extra person charge of Php400.00/person/room/night. This will come with an extra bed set up.

Check-in/Check out

What is your check-in time? Check out time?

Check-in time is 2PM while check out time is 12NN.

What if guest would arrive early morning? Or will need to check out after the check out time?

Guests expected to arrive early morning or before the check-in time are charged 1 night prior to secure the room while guests who are to check out after the check out time are charged 1 night more.

Contracts

Should there be a contract of lease?

For long term basis (1 month and so on) we require the guest to sign a contract while for short term stay we can have a contract upon guest’s request.

What are the grounds to pre-terminate the contract?

Lease contract will be pre-terminated when the guest(s) will be caught bringing and or using prohibited articles in the room. Specific details can be found in the lease contract.

Where do we send complaints and concerns?

For any concerns, you may see or email directly to the Property Manager or approach any Front Desk Officers.

Payment

How will I pay my accommodation?

We accept Cash and major Credit Cards (Visa, MC, AMEX). We also accept online payments through www.konsumpay.com or also through PayPal at Payments@bigfootproperties.com.ph. We also accept through wire transfer with the following details:

How much will be my initial payment?

The initial payment will be the current month, 2 months advance which will apply on the last 2 months of stay as covered in the contract and security deposit equivalent to a month's rent.

Where shall I send my payment to?

Payments may be sent to Bigfoot Properties Inc.'s dollar accounts.

If I will pay for one year then in the middle of my contract I will decide to cut it, will there be charges?

Yes, there will be a pre-termination fee of 8% of the total contract.

Is it possible to give partial payment just to guarantee my booking reservation?

To guarantee booking, we require full settlement of the required initial payment at least two (2) weeks before the confirmed arrival date.

How do I pay my monthly dues?

All payments shall be made every first day of the month. You can settle it at the Front Desk located at the Bigfoot Studios Main Building lobby.

Features/Services

Do you have wireless internet connection?

No, our connection is a plug-in.

Do you have airport transfer?

Rates are exclusive of airport transfer but this may be arranged through an outside car rental service.

Do you have laundry service?

Laundry is facilitated by an outside service provider. Pick – up and delivery of laundry items may be done on-site on scheduled basis.

Do you have a restaurant?

There is a coffee shop and bar within the premises.

Rules

Is smoking allowed in the room?

Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and suites. We have designated specific areas for smoking.
